Is the battery covered under warranty?
Yes, every battery pack comes with a 3-year or 50,000 km warranty, whichever comes first, covering manufacturing defects and capacity loss.
Can I swap or upgrade my battery later?
Yes, battery packs are modular and can be upgraded to a higher capacity at any authorized Gurukripa service center as newer packs release.
What is the loading capacity of your EV loaders?
Our E-Loaders carry up to 500 kg without losing range or stability, built for daily goods transport across city and semi-urban routes.
Do you offer finance or EMI options?
Yes, we partner with leading NBFCs to offer EMI plans starting at low down payments, with approval usually completed within a day.
How many passengers can your E-Rickshaw carry?
