How fast will someone respond?
Calls and WhatsApp messages are answered the same business day, usually within a couple of hours between 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Can I visit the showroom before buying?
Yes — our Shastri Nagar showroom is open through the week for test rides and to look at the E‑Rickshaw, loader and cart range in person.
Do you take bulk or export orders?
Yes, we regularly ship to dealers and fleet operators, including outside India. Mention quantity and destination city in your enquiry.
Is financing available?
We work with partner NBFCs and nationalised banks for easy EMI options — ask our sales desk for the current schemes when you call.
Can I request a fully custom build?
